It is a myth. greasy hair is difficult for them, their eggs (nits) s. When my daughter was in elementary school has head lice. I went to the doctor and several treatments for this, but his hair was so thin that the comb was exactly the right thing to slow down, rather than eliminate them. The doctor told us that, finally, the use of mayonnaise in my hair. It was about a week with the unpleasant greasy hair, but finally here!
The children have no qualms about kissing, say in close proximity to each other during the game and things that are in contact with lice from each other, and therefore easier to spread. I think it's easier for them to keep the hair clean and I'll be easier for eggs.
