If youre being sued for lons credit etc is it worth bankruptcy is it worth paying the file or bankruptcy ? - lons no credit chek

If you have a substantial debt relative to income after the bankruptcy is the best way before you get to seeing a whole. You could set up payment plans with the company and very likely if you can propose a solution, then take in the rule. Especially when you say, bankruptcy. I had a similar situation occurs, where in 2000 it med bills for collection and offered them 900 and they took it upon myself to fill for bankruptcy. Good luck

I do not want to submit the bankruptcy proceedings once again ... not what it once when you can just walk in debt .. It is always better to pay something, even if you are charged in court and a part of a month. I have a friend who's done it, and pay 500 euros per month, it sucks, but still get a car loan, and one in a house, if necessary. You do not know when it might perhaps be in a few years and bankruptcy, in fact, for a job, dismissed the fiscal irresponsibility. I met a licensed professional fiduciary and never when I submitted. Bad credit is better than no credit or bankruptcy. Good luck!
